Holly Creek Property Owners' Association, Inc. (the Association) was incorporated on June 12, 1985, under laws of the State of Florida as a not-for-profit corporation for the purpose of administering and operating the property of Holly Creek in Jensen Beach, Florida in accordance with the terms of Florida Statute 720 and the Association's governing documents. The Association consists of 198 residential units along with common property.

- Rental Application Units purchased after April 2006 are no longer permitted to rent/lease homes
Incomplete applications are not acceptable and could postpone the moving date. Applications must be sent directly to the property manager. All new residents are required to come in for a property orientation.
